Welcome to our
website!
This homepage will
guide you to several places of information about the Eastwood
church of Christ and Bible Study. “El Paso” means “The Pass” in
Spanish and has been an active place of agriculture, trade and
transportation since the 1500’s. The settlement is older than
those of the east coast and home to the first Thanksgiving celebration;
long before the second place in Jamestown, Virginia
or the third place in New England.
LOCATION:
Conveniently located north
of Interstate 10, our building is only minutes from Ft. Bliss.
Select the Address & Direction link on the left. Soldiers
and their families have always found a church home at Eastwood.
A.M.E.N is one of our ministry efforts. For more information on
this, you may contact one of our deacons, Sam Dawson, at

HISTORY
Church of Christ in Eastwood, El Paso, Texas was established in
1963. T.B. Crews held a meeting in the newly constructed
building. You will find a list

There was strong growth in the
next several years with three additions to the building.

active today with a strong day care and pre school program.
CSEP is a service to the community and an
effective out reach.
FUTURE
We currently have four elders
and eleven deacons. The men are full of the
spirit of God and committed to the future and growth of Eastwood,
both spiritually and numerically.
There are twenty-six Ministry
areas for involvement in service and out reach. There is a place
for every disciple who wants to serve the Lord Jesus Christ.
We are pleased to announce the
arrival of a new Youth Minister! Andrew Monk and his wife Kimberly
will arrive in early June. Andrew will work as Youth Minister with
Eastwood. We are excited to have Andrew and Kimberly coming to El

and Kimberly as they complete their sessions at ENMS and make the
